This is a real stand by for those nights when only sweet solace will do. I wouldn't normally bother with a recipe here but....
- 50g butter
- 2 x 170g mini marshmallows
- 400g rice puff (crispies)
- 2 tins of your choice greased lightly with veg oil
- edible glitter (optional)
- popping candy (optional)
Melt the butter in a pan big enough to take everything later. Add the marshmallows and stir to melt; now add the rice puffs and working quickly combine all the optional ingredients. Turn into the tins and allow to set at room temperature before cutting into bars.
