I feel kind of silly typing this up because it's not really a recipe. No really, it isn't. Most of the ingredients you probably have in your kitchen (bar the prawns) plus the whole process from raw to mouth should take twenty minutes max.
However, these are addictive; If you ever make just one of my recipes: This is THE ONE.

Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 250g raw prawns
- 50g plain flour
- splash of shao hsing rice wine (sherry, red wine vinegar also works)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- lemon or lime wedges to serve
Method:
- Into a food processor put the garlic and roughly chopped spring onions, blitz.
- Add the prawns, flour and splash of shao hsing rice wine, blitz again.
- Leave to rest in fridge for 10 minutes before deep fat frying.
- Fry until golden brown. Apply to face.
