Beauty Benefits of Coconut Oil - A Fab Life video

Welcome back to my Blog!
I love everything coconut related. I love eating it, drinking it (both milk and cream), cooking with it, applying it to my hair; Making DIYs stuff for my hair and skin care as regulars visiting my Blog will know...
So, I thought I'd share a video made by one of my favourite Youtubers: A Fab Life showing the benefits and uses of coconut oil, better than I ever could.
Enjoy,

Nourishing Hair Mask

Hi everyone!
About once a month I deep condition my hair, I do this by using a recipe that leaves my hair really really soft and shiny. I thought I'd share it with you guys.
PS: There's a short video at the bottom showing my hair afterwards....

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of pure coconut oil, melted and left to cool
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey, any kind you have is fine I used clear
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Section your hair into four and apply generous amount of the mix from root to tip. Once all sections are done; the remainder of the mixture can be tipped onto your head and massaged in, then using an old shower cap cover your hair and leave as is for 30 minutes to an hour.
Once the time has passed, wash/condition/style as normal.
Enjoy!!

I would love to know if you have any hair recipes you swear by please comment below

At the Salon

Hi guys,
Been to the hairdresser and almost forgot to post about it so here it is... in all its glory. By the way, one side of my hair is longer than the other. Very annoying.
