Edinburgh Travel

Hi!
Welcome back,
I've only just got back from my trip to Edinburgh and may I just tell you: The pictures will not do it justice. It is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever visited combining old and new parts of town seemingly. The Scots are so warm and friendly I cannot wait to show you guys... I'm making/editing as I type. The excitement was killing me so I'd thought I'd share a little now.
ENJOY XXO :)

Chocolate Pavlova

Hi guys,
Today I was consumed with the need to make a Pavlova not just any Pavlova; but a heavenly chocolate one from Nigella Lawson - Forever Summer. Trust me, once you've tried it, cravings for it will find you whenever and wherever you are.
PS: Forgot to mention in the video: once cooked turn off the oven and open the door slightly; let the chocolate disc cool completely. When ready to serve, inverse onto a serving dish, mound about 500ml of whipped cream on top and decorate with whatever fruit you have to hand. Enjoy.
